Swim Woven is a lightweight 100% recycled polyester (rPET) fabric designed for activewear, swimwear, and sun-protective garments.

Its plain weave and UPF 50 rating provide strong UV protection without sacrificing comfort. Weighing 125 g/m², it’s light, durable, quick-drying, and ideal for movement. The smooth surface ensures bright, long-lasting colors with sublimation printing.

Just a heads-up:

This fabric is designed for function — quick-drying, protective, and lightweight. While it provides excellent UV protection, it is not water-resistant.

File Requirements:

  • File type: PNG or JPEG
  • Color space: RGB
  • Color profile: Adobe RGB (1998)
  • Resolution: 150 DPI
  • Max. file size: 40 MB
  • Max. file height: 4000 mm

Prepare your files at the actual scale you want printed. For example, a 20 × 20 cm file at 150 DPI will print exactly 20 × 20 cm.
