Is the price of the print included in the price of the fabrics/products?

Yes. All prices, including printing or embroidery fees, are displayed transparently on our website—either on the product page or within the built-in customizer. No hidden costs.

Is the price of fabric shown per meter?

Yes. Fabric prices are shown per meter, with a minimum order quantity of one meter.

What is a digitization fee?

A digitization fee covers the process of converting your design into a stitch file that our embroidery machines can read. Unlike printing, embroidery requires precise instructions for stitch types, paths, and thread changes. This setup is done once per design, and after it's digitized, you won’t be charged again unless you make significant changes or need a different size.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. We offer bulk pricing—the higher the quantity, the better the price.

Do you offer discounts for businesses? How does VAT work?

All pricing is visible on your account and our website. Businesses with a valid VAT number registered in the EU will have the 25% VAT excluded from their order total.
