Caspar Is Your Textile Production & Fulfilment Partner
Caspar is a textile production facility and fulfilment partner based in Varaždin, Croatia, serving brands across Europe.
Everything happens in-house under one roof, including textile printing, DTG, embroidery, cutting, sewing, labelling and packing. This means you can work directly with one production partner for custom textile products, bulk orders and dropshipping fulfilment.
Use Caspar for dropshipping, bulk textile production, or both, with your products made and shipped directly from our facility in Croatia.

From Your Store to Your Customer’s Door
Every order follows the same path. Here’s what happens at each stage.
Set Up Your Products
Create your Caspar account, pick your products and upload your artwork. Our product editor lets you preview the design on the actual product before you publish anything.
Connect Your Store
Connect Shopify, WooCommerce or Etsy, or use our API and CSV workflows for other setups. Your connected store can transfer products and customer orders to your Caspar account without manually recreating each order.
Places an Order
A customer buys from your store at the price you set. The order is automatically forwarded to Caspar and appears in your dashboard ready for review.
Approve and Pay for Production
You confirm the order and pay for production, manually per order, or automatically via Caspar Credits. Production starts the moment payment is confirmed. Your retail income and production cost are always separate.
Produces, Packs and Ships
We produce your order entirely in-house, then pack and ship it directly to your customer using neutral packaging and your available branding options. Caspar does not appear as the customer-facing brand.
Receives Tracking Through Your Store
Where supported by your connected store and integration, tracking information is transferred back to your store. You remain the customer-facing seller throughout the order process.
When Do You Actually Pay for Production?
When a customer places an order through your Shopify or Etsy store, their payment goes directly to you. It does not automatically pay for the order in your Caspar account, so you pay Caspar separately. You have two options:

Your Customer Will Never Know We Exist
Caspar operates as a white-label production partner. Your customer-facing store and branding remain yours, while we handle production and fulfilment behind the scenes.

Can I order just one piece?
Yes. There’s no minimum order quantity for DTG printing, embroidery or AOP products, so you can start with just one piece.
Does Caspar ship outside the EU?
We offer direct dropshipping to customers throughout the EU. For non-EU countries, orders can be shipped internationally to your own address, but direct dropshipping to end customers outside the EU is not currently available. For more information, please email us.
Is there a subscription or setup fee?
No. Creating an account is free, with no monthly or setup fees. You simply pay for each order, including the product, decoration and shipping.
Can I test before I launch my store?
Absolutely. We recommend ordering a sample first so you can see your product and design in person before launching. Your sample is produced and shipped through the same process as a regular order. Order a sample →
Do I have to use Caspar for fulfilment?
No. You can use Caspar purely for production and handle storage, shipping and fulfilment yourself.
