What Is All-Over Printing?

All-Over Printing (AOP) is a digital print-first, sew-second method. Your design is printed across the entire fabric roll, then cut and stitched into the final product. This ensures smooth coverage with no awkward seams or cut-offs — just edge-to-edge creativity.

At Caspar, the printing method depends on the fabric type. Natural fabrics such as cotton and linen are printed with eco-certified pigment inks, resulting in breathable garments with lasting color, ideal for fashion and home textiles. For polyester and blends, sublimation printing locks vivid colors directly into the fibers, making it the perfect choice for activewear and lightweight styles.

Both approaches use water-based, eco-friendly inks that are safe for all ages and designed to minimize environmental impact.
