When a customer order reaches Caspar, you choose how it gets processed. You can switch between both methods at any time.
Manual Review & Payment
Each incoming order waits in your Caspar dashboard. You review it, check the details and confirm payment. Production starts immediately after.
Best for: Stores where you want to approve every order before it goes to production, or where you're still testing your workflow.
⚠️ Note: orders wait until you approve them. If you're away, orders won't process until you return to your dashboard.
Caspar Credits — Fully Automated
Top up your account with Caspar Credits in advance. Every incoming order is processed and sent to production automatically, with no action needed from you.
Best for: Established stores running on autopilot, or anyone who wants a truly hands-off dropshipping workflow.

Can I connect more than one store to my Caspar account?
You can connect one store per integration type to your Caspar account, such as one Shopify store, one WooCommerce store and one Etsy store. This is useful if you sell across multiple platforms or manage stores for different brands.
Are orders imported automatically or do I have to do it manually?
For Shopify, WooCommerce and Etsy, orders are imported automatically as soon as a customer buys from your store. For CSV, you upload order files manually in batches. For API, order submission is handled programmatically.
Does tracking automatically go back to my Shopify or Etsy store?
Yes. Once an order ships, tracking information is automatically returned to your connected Shopify, WooCommerce or Etsy store. Your customer receives tracking through your store, not from Caspar.
What happens if an order fails to sync?
If you notice an issue with an order not syncing correctly, please contact our support team directly. We’ll check what happened and help you resolve the issue.
Can I edit an order after it reaches Caspar?
No. If you need to change an order, please email us as soon as possible. We’ll check the order status and make the necessary changes if it has not yet entered production. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Can I use Caspar without connecting a store at all?
Yes. You can place orders directly through the Caspar webshop without any store integration. This works for samples, bulk production runs, agency orders, or anyone who wants to test Caspar before setting up their store.
