A soft and lightweight twill-woven cotton fabric, perfect for versatile custom printing. Classic Cotton is a smooth, breathable 100% cotton fabric with a fine twill weave. Its light weight and natural structure make it ideal for custom-printed apparel, accessories, and soft interior items. Printed using pigment inks, it delivers precise detail and soft, matte colours on a natural base — perfect for designs that need clarity without stiffness.

Just a heads-up:
Because this is a natural cotton fabric, you might notice an occasional tiny white spot in the print. This can happen when small cotton fibers or lint sit on the surface during printing — and once they’re brushed off, they can leave a tiny unprinted area underneath. This is completely normal and within acceptable production tolerance for pigment printing on natural fabrics — but we like to keep you informed upfront so there are no surprises.
Guidelines
- Supported file types: JPEG (.jpg) and PNG
- Resolution: 150 DPI. For reference, the size of a 1500x1500 px image at 150 DPI is a bit bigger than 25x25 cm
- Color space: RGB
- Profile: Adobe RGB (1998)
If you’re unsure how your colors will appear once printed on the fabric, we kindly suggest you order our Color map printed on Classic Cotton 145. That way, you can rest assured that the colors printed on the fabric will be the same as on the screen.

Color of the print is perfect and the material feels really good. I will be using it for table runners at my wedding and I cannot wait to see it all coming together with the styling.

Ordino sempre il classic cotton per stampare le mie illustrazioni, con cui poi realizzo accessori di vario tipo. Lo trovo favoloso, sia per la qualità del tessuto che per la resa dei colori.

The website is a little weak here and there, as far as the design assistant is concerned. However, with a little patience I was able to achieve my goal. My order was then processed and completed very quickly. Delivery also worked wonderfully, thanks for the tracking information. All in all, a great option that I would gladly use again.
