Original Garment Label

Satin Printed Label

What Goes Into the Parcel
Every Caspar shipment goes out in neutral outer packaging with no Caspar branding. Your customer receives their order with your branded packing slip and, if configured, your custom garment label.
White-Label Packaging
All orders ship in plain, neutral packaging by default. No Caspar logo, no Caspar name and no third-party branding on the outside. Included with every order at no extra cost.
Branded Packing Slip
Your branded packing slip is automatically generated and inserted into every parcel. Configure your logo, brand colour, message and social links once in your dashboard, and it goes out with every order.
Return address. The return address on outgoing parcels can be discussed based on your setup. Get in touch if you have specific requirements for how the return address should appear on your customers’ parcels.

Stored On-Site. Applied to Every Order.
Once your labels arrive at our facility, we store them for free and apply them automatically as your orders come in — no action needed on your end per order.
For satin labels printed in-house, there is no separate production lead time. For woven labels, allow 10 – 15 working days from artwork approval for your initial production run.
Common Branding Questions
The questions we get most often before a first branded order.
Will my customer know the order came from Caspar?
No. The Caspar name does not appear anywhere on the parcel, the packing slip or the garment (unless you leave the original Stanley/Stella label, which carries no Caspar reference). Your customer’s experience is entirely yours.
Can I remove the original Stanley/Stella label?
Yes. Both satin printed labels and woven labels include removal of the original Stanley/Stella label as part of the €0.80 + VAT per garment price. If you don’t order a custom label, the original label stays in.
Do all 50 satin labels need to have the same garment composition?
No. You can have different garment compositions within the same minimum quantity of 50 pieces. This means you can use one label order across multiple products with different fabric compositions.
Can I add a marketing insert or promotional card to the parcel?

Can I use my own branded boxes or mailers?
No. We currently use neutral packaging for all orders and do not offer the option to supply or use your own branded boxes or mailers.
Is there a fee to store my labels at Caspar?
No. We store your labels at our facility free of charge for use with your ongoing orders.
