How to Link Your Existing Etsy Listings for Fulfillment

Your Etsy shop is now connected, congratulations! Now comes the most important part of building your brand: Linking your listings.

When you first sync your shop with Caspar Create, your products will appear in our dashboard as "unlinked." This simply means we recognize your Etsy listings, but we need to "map" them to our specific blank garments so we know exactly what to produce and ship when a customer makes a purchase.

Follow this 5-step guide to bridge the gap between your Etsy shop and our production facility.

Step 1: Access Your Etsy Listing List

Start by logging in to your Caspar Create Dashboard.

Navigate to: Account > Integrations > Etsy > Link Products

Here, you will see a real-time list of every active listing currently live in your Etsy Shop Manager.

Step 2: Choose Your Caspar Base Product

Identify the listing you want to automate and click the "Edit" button.

Now, you need to assign the high-quality blank from our catalog that matches your Etsy offer.

  1. Click "Link."

  2. Choose the corresponding item from our catalog

Step 3: Map Your Variations (Size & Color)

Etsy buyers appreciate every detail, so this step is crucial for accurate fulfillment. You will need to match your Etsy Variations (e.g., Anthracite / XXS) to the specific options in the Caspar Create catalog.

Pro Tip: While our system attempts to auto-match these details, always double-check them. Ensuring your sizes and colors align 1-to-1 prevents shipping errors and ensures your customers receive exactly what they saw in your gallery.

Step 4: Finalize Your Production "Blueprints"

Scroll to the bottom of the page to provide the essential files for your product:

  • Print File: Upload your final, high-resolution artwork. Ensure it fits our print template (you can check these specs in our Design Area). This high-res file is the master copy we use for production.

  • Product Mockup: Upload a mockup image. This acts as a visual reference for our Quality Control team, ensuring the final print placement perfectly matches your creative vision.

Step 5: Save & Confirm Your Sync

Click "Save." You will be redirected back to your products list, where a progress bar will appear for that listing.

Aim for 100%: Make sure the progress bar reaches 100%. This confirms that every single variation (every size and color combination you offer) is correctly linked and ready for automated fulfillment.

Pro Tips for Etsy Mockups & All-Over Print (AOP)

We know that the "Artisan" look is what makes Etsy special. Here is how to handle your product visuals:

1. Keep Your Brand Aesthetic

If your current mockups accurately represent the product we are fulfilling, there is no need to replace them.

2. Instant Mockup Generation

If you are selling standard DTG or Embroidery items (like Stanley/Stella tees) and need fresh photos, you can generate them in seconds:

  • Upload your design to the product in our Product Editor.

  • Download the mockup directly to your computer to upload to your Etsy Shop Manager.

3. High-Quality Imagery for AOP & Aprons

Our All-Over Print collection is a premium process.

  • The Status: The mockups in our editor for AOP items are currently for placement preview only. They may show minor visual imperfections (like missing straps on the apron).

  • Our Advice: To maintain that high-end Etsy feel, we recommend using your own photography or external mockup tools for AOP product pages until our high-resolution AOP mockups are finalized.
