1. Optimize Your Title & Description
-
Product Title: Give your product a catchy name. Don’t forget to include keywords (like "Organic Cotton T-Shirt") to help your store rank higher in search results.
-
Description: We provide a default description with all the technical details, but we recommend adding a few sentences in your own brand voice to connect with your customers.
2. Pricing & Profit
Set your Resale Price.
-
The Golden Rule: We recommend aiming for a healthy profit margin (often doubling the production cost). Our tool shows you the estimated profit margin for every item, helping you stay in the green.

Step 3: Mastering Your Product Variants (Colours & Sizes)
Now it’s time to decide exactly which versions of your product you want to offer. Our system gives you two ways to build your variant list quickly, so you can choose the method that best suits your workflow.
Option A: Adding by Colour (Most Popular)
If you want to offer a specific range of colours, follow these steps:
-
Select a Colour from the dropdown menu (e.g., Pink Joy).
-
Click the "Add All Variants" icon situated directly above the colour dropdown.
-
This will automatically pull in every available size for that specific colour.
-
Repeat the process for any additional colours you want to include.

Option B: Adding by Size (The Pro Tip)
Want to offer only specific sizes across all colours? You can reverse the process!
-
Select a Size first, then click the "Add All Variants" icon to pull in that size for every available colour.

Managing Your List
As you add options, they will appear in the "Variations for Export" field below.
-
Total Transparency: This list is neatly organized and easily editable. If you change your mind about a specific size or colour, you can remove it here before finishing your export.
-
Keep it Lean: Remember, platforms like Shopify and Etsy usually have a 100-variant limit. We recommend keeping your selection curated to help your customers make a decision faster!

Step 4: Final Export
You’re at the finish line!
-
Select Your Store: If you have multiple stores connected (e.g., an Etsy shop and a Shopify store), choose the one you’re exporting to today.
-
Choose Status: Select "Published" checkbox next to the Retail Price to make it go live immediately, or leave it unchecked to save it as a "Draft" in your store if you want to make final tweaks there.
-
Click "Export to..."

Success!
A confirmation pop-up will appear once the sync is complete. You can now click the link provided to view your product live in your store and see your new product under Linked Products.

-
Important: Sometimes Shopify defaults new exports to "Out of Stock." If that happens, follow our Quick Fix Guide for Shopify Stock Issues.
-
New to the platform? Make sure you’ve Linked your existing products so every sale is fulfilled automatically.
