How to Integrate (Step-by-Step)

Setting up the connection is simple and only takes a few clicks.

Step 1: Activate the Integration

Unlike Shopify, you’ll start this process from within your Caspar Create Dashboard.

  1. Log in to your Caspar Create account.

  2. Navigate to the Integrations section.

  3. Find the Etsy icon and then click "Connect my store."

Step 2: Authorize Access

Once you click the connect button, you will be redirected to Etsy.

  1. If you aren't logged in, Etsy will ask you to sign in to your shop.

  2. You will see a permissions page asking to allow the Caspar Create App to connect.

  3. Click "Allow Access."

Once finished, you’ll be automatically redirected back to Caspar Create. Your store is now connected!


Essential "Pre-Launch" Checklist

Before you start exporting products, there are two quick bits of "admin" that ensure your store runs perfectly.

1. Complete Your Etsy Shop Setup

Etsy is a bit different from other platforms. Because they charge a small fee for every product listing, they require you to have your Billing Info fully set up on their end before they allow us to "push" products to your store.

  • Check this: Ensure you have added a credit card or bank account to your Etsy Shop Manager. If your shop is still in "Draft" mode, follow Etsy's prompts until you reach your main Dashboard.

2. Add Your Billing Details to Caspar Create

To keep your orders flowing without delays, make sure your production billing is set up on our end.

  • Go to Account > Profile.

  • Add your billing address.


What's Next?

Now that your Etsy shop is linked, you’re ready to start filling it with incredible products!

  1. Link Existing Etsy Listings: If you already have products on Etsy, you can link them to our fulfillment system.

  2. Create & Export New Designs: Use our design tool to create new items and publish them directly to your Etsy shop.

  3. Check Your Shipping Profiles: Etsy requires shipping profiles for every item. Make sure yours are set up to reflect our production times.
