A soft and lightweight twill-woven cotton fabric, perfect for versatile custom printing. Classic Cotton is a smooth, breathable 100% cotton fabric with a fine twill weave. Its light weight and natural structure make it ideal for custom-printed apparel, accessories, and soft interior items. Printed using pigment inks, it delivers precise detail and soft, matte colours on a natural base — perfect for designs that need clarity without stiffness.

Just a heads-up:
Because this is a natural cotton fabric, you might notice an occasional tiny white spot in the print. This can happen when small cotton fibers or lint sit on the surface during printing — and once they’re brushed off, they can leave a tiny unprinted area underneath. This is completely normal and within acceptable production tolerance for pigment printing on natural fabrics — but we like to keep you informed upfront so there are no surprises.
Guidelines
File Requirements:
- File type: PNG or JPEG
- Color space: RGB
- Color profile: Adobe RGB (1998)
- Resolution: 150 DPI
- Max. file size: 40 MB
- Max. file height: 4000 mm
Prepare your files at the actual scale you want printed. For example, a 20 × 20 cm file at 150 DPI will print exactly 20 × 20 cm.

I was not expecting this kind of weft in tweed. The name Classic cotton I assumed was tusk shaft/plain weaving for quilt/homesewing. Otherwise it is fine.

The cotton fabric is firm but also light and has a wonderful light shimmer. Great material, great print quality!
