Production & Shipping
Once your order is ready, we pack it at our facility in Croatia and ship it using DPD or DHL Express, depending on the delivery option available for your order.
Production Times
When you upload artwork to Caspar, please make sure your files are final and print-ready. We print files as submitted and do not provide pre-production file proofing or approval. Please check your artwork carefully before placing your order.
Typical production timelines are:
Up to 30 meters/pieces: 3-7 working days production time
Orders above 30 meters/pieces: Please contact us for an estimate.
Production times can vary with order volume. If you have a deadline, let us know — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Rush Production
Need your fabric order faster? Rush Production is available for fabric orders up to 30 metres and prioritises production within 2 working days.
This option is available in your cart and costs €25 (excl. VAT) + 20% of the net order value.
Shipping Costs & Transit Time
When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
We offer DPD for standard delivery and DHL Express for faster delivery. Transit times depend on the destination and the shipping service selected at checkout. See the tables below for current estimated transit times.
If no one is available to receive the package, the courier will leave a notification. Delivery attempts and collection options may vary by country.
Undelivered parcels are automatically returned to us, and our team will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order, as changes may not be possible once processing has started.
DPD Shipping Rates
Standard DPD shipping rates depend on the destination and parcel weight. Single-item orders have a fixed shipping rate of €4.00 + VAT.
