Before uploading, make sure your file is print-ready:

• Remove any graphic elements not intended to be printed (transparent backgrounds, accidental brush strokes, etc.)
• Crop all empty space around the design on all four sides
• Prepare your file at actual print size; a 20 × 20 cm file at 150 DPI will print exactly 20 × 20 cm
