Sport Knit 230

A heavyweight, durable jersey knit fabric designed for activewear and performance garments.
Sport Knit combines 82% polyester and 18% elastane to deliver excellent stretch, recovery, and comfort — perfect for custom prints on sportswear, leggings, and athleisure pieces. Its dense knit structure ensures durability while maintaining a soft hand and breathability.

Printed with sublimation, it offers vibrant, long-lasting colours suited for high-performance use.

Sport Knit’s stretch and recovery make it essential to use stretch-compatible sewing techniques and threads for best garment durability.

• Color profile: Adobe RGB (1998)
• Resolution: 150 DPI
• Max. file size: 40 MB
• Max. file height: 4000 mm

Prepare your files at the actual scale you want printed. For example, a 20 × 20 cm file at 150 DPI will print exactly 20 × 20 cm.
