Made from 100% polyester, Mesh Flag Fabric is a lightweight, perforated woven material designed to reduce wind resistance through its breathable mesh structure. 

Weighing 92 g/m², it balances lightness for easy fluttering with enough stability to hold its shape and color. The fabric’s white base works perfectly with sublimation printing, producing bright and long-lasting colors.

Just a heads-up:

Due to its perforated structure, the fabric is slightly see-through — perfect for airflow, but keep that in mind when designing with fine details or small text.  If your design includes small text or detailed graphics, make sure to scale them accordingly so they remain visible and clear after printing.

File Requirements:

  • File type: PNG or JPEG
  • Color space: RGB
  • Color profile: Adobe RGB (1998)
  • Resolution: 150 DPI
  • Max. file size: 40 MB
  • Max. file height: 4000 mm

Prepare your files at the actual scale you want printed. For example, a 20 × 20 cm file at 150 DPI will print exactly 20 × 20 cm.
