Cotton Twill 265

A durable, structured cotton blend with stretch — ideal for apparel and accessories that need shape and resilience.

Cotton Twill is a heavyweight woven fabric with a diagonal twill weave and a slight stretch, thanks to its 3% elastane content. With a dense yet soft structure and a base tone of off-white, it delivers crisp print results and holds form well, making it perfect for trousers, workwear, jackets, bags, and other structured products.

Printed using pigment inks on the surface of the fabric, colours retain a matte finish and natural softness — ideal for detailed or full-coverage prints on thicker materials.

Just a heads-up:

Because this is a natural cotton fabric, you might notice an occasional tiny white spot in the print. This can happen when small cotton fibers or lint sit on the surface during printing — and once they’re brushed off, they can leave a tiny unprinted area underneath.
This is completely normal and within acceptable production tolerance for pigment printing on natural fabrics — but we like to keep you informed upfront so there are no surprises.

• Max. file size: 40 MB
• Max. file height: 4000 mm

Prepare your files at the actual scale you want printed. For example, a 20 × 20 cm file at 150 DPI will print exactly 20 × 20 cm.
